Inconsistent multiplicity notation in UML diagram

The multiplicity of component relationship in the UML diagram of SDT 3 is different from the notation used in oneM2M. This shows in the current WI-87 branch: the notation used to add the "Product" component ("0..1") is different from the rest of the diagram ("0,1").

I would suggest to align this and to use the oneM2M notation consistently.

If agreed I can make a CR for that.
