ResultContent as Pixit

ResultContent attribute gets int1 value as default value when no value is indicated in the primitive.

So, there's no need to send it nor having a Pixit for that.

Please, remove PX_RESULT_CONTENT_CREATE and PX_RESULT_CONTENT_UPDATE
