TC_CSE_DMR_RET_003 - The used ACP does not work for all permutations

The created ACP is associated to parent resource (AE) which makes some permutations fail (for instance, GRP) as default access privilege instead of the parent resource privilege is used.

In order to solve that, the created ACP should be associated to the resource itself instead of the parent resource.
