f_cf02UpAe1 has wrong field access for CoAP, MQTT, WS and produces error

OneM2MFunctions.f_cf02UpAe1 contains code that causes an error when using another binding than HTTP. sutAddress is accessed with wrong/not present fields, port is correct.
