TC_CSE_DMR_UPD_015_NOD_LBL: ResourceType value of int9 is used for Node resource. As per TS_004, memberType of Node is 14. also in TC_CSE_DMR_UPD_016_NOD_ET. Milestone: Rel3 onwards
