TC_CSE_REG_DEL_007: AE resource not deleted.

• step 1: Due to lack of UT support, TC is inconc.
• step 2: TC instead of returning from here, goes ahead and create AE.
• step 3: TC in error (impact of step1). TC exit without deleting created AE in step 2TC_CSE_REG_DEL_007.tlz.

TC should exit at first instance of fail and also delete any created resources.
